The Pet Car Seat Barrier by PetPlanet is a soft mesh barrier that will prevent your pet from accessing the front seats of your car.
Pets will often get excited while riding in a car and want to be near you. This car seat barrier is a safe way to keep your pet in the aft compartment, so you can focus on driving. The barrier folds down for storage and is easy to install. Unfold the barrier outside your car, insert into the rear seat compartment and fasten the straps to the two front seat headrests.

The mesh screen will allow your pet to still see you while being separated from your car’s controls. The barrier fits most four door automobiles. Plastic rods are included to add strength to the centre of the barrier. Also included is a D-handle that can be pressed inside of the front passenger seat to create an anchor for extra safety.

Fitted across our van seats...flimsy but it keeps the Boys in the back which is the object of the item.

Arrived but no assembly instructions. Took a while to figure out how the assemble it and then got it fitted into car. Once there it did the job fantastically.
Poor quality and design, do not buy.

Not fit for purpose

Very flimsy and pole not long enough to reach the holes provided. Any but very small dogs would be able to push over the netting and get into the front of the car. Very surprised that Petplanet sells such a rubbish product.

I have a dog (collie X lab) who loves to jump through to the front seat of the car - I have used several different styles of dividers in the past with varied success. My last one was fairly worn and I thought this product looked great. However, it is very very flimsy. In the picture it looks fairly robust but it isn't. My dog basically pushed it over and stepped through to the front. It does have a pole that is meant to hold it rigid - but the pole kept falling out - I even tried taping it in......... I took it out the car yesterday and put my old one back in. Sorry not a great product!!

Surprisingly okay!

Bought this as it was cheap and wanted to stop our two small dogs (little Yorkies) jumping around from back to front. Didn't really expect it to work but it is fine for our two. Bigger, stronger dogs would demolish it I think, but I am happy with it.
